**What do you like best about CrankWheel?**

CrankWheel is built around a straightforward advantage: viewers can join from a desktop, tablet, or phone using a simple link. With less technical clients, that avoids the usual few minutes lost to “I can’t find the app” or “it’s asking me to install something.” Remote Control becomes valuable when watching isn’t enough. We can share only the relevant part of the screen and let the client complete the step themselves without installing extra software, and control automatically stops when we switch windows or end the session. We’ve used this for forms, configuration screens, and approval flows where the exact user behavior mattered more than yet another verbal explanation. Monitor Engagement is also practical during longer demos because it gives us some indication of whether the viewer is still following along. The tools around the call ended up being more useful than I expected, too. Post-meeting Redirect can send the viewer straight to the next action, while Screen Recorder lets us turn a recurring walkthrough into a shareable recording with playback tracking. When the same explanation keeps coming up across stakeholders, recording it once is a much better use of time than repeating the same twenty-minute demo every week.

There’s still a meaningful difference between using CrankWheel fully in the browser and using the extension. Some enterprise controls—especially parts of advanced sharing and audit logging—still rely on the extension. That isn’t hard for us to manage internally, but it does slightly undercut the “nothing to install” story for administrators who need tighter governance. For viewers, the experience remains low-friction. For the people managing the environment, though, setup and oversight can be a bit more involved.

A client needed to approve a workflow before the sprint closed, but during our call they started describing a problem that none of us could reproduce with enough confidence to call it a bug. Rather than asking for screenshots or scheduling yet another meeting, I started a CrankWheel Screen Sharing session and sent the link straight to their phone. Within seconds, they were walking through the same flow with me. When we got to the form where their experience diverged from ours, I enabled Remote Control and had them repeat the exact steps they were taking on their side. It turned out the issue wasn’t technical at all: an ambiguous label was pushing them to choose a different option, which then changed the rest of the flow. What I like most about Crankwheel is how easy it is to start a screen sharing session during a call . clients can join instantly without downloading any software , making conversations much smoother . being able to show quotes , documents , or product details in real time helps clients understand everything better , while the HubSpot integration makes it easier to manage customer information and follow ups .

Overall , I have not faced any major issues with the platform . there was a small learning curve when I first started using it , but after a few sessions it became very easy to use . more built it customization and CRM integrations would make it even better

I can launch a live presentation mid-conversation, and my clients are in instantly without downloading a single file or setting up an account. The connection stability is excellent, and the initial onboarding for our team was incredibly smooth, allowing us to keep our calls moving quickly without any technical lag.

I would really like to see deeper native integrations with everyday calendar tools and CRMs right out of the box. The interface could also offer more flexible white-labeling options so we could match the viewer's landing page more closely with our corporate branding.

**What do you like best about CrankWheel?**

I use Crankwheel multiple times a day. I sell health insurance and Crankwheel makes my phone meetings SO much easier because I can share the prospects quote and benefits with them, sllowing them to see what I'm telling them. I think that helps them digest what they are going to possibly be paying for much better than only hearing what I tell them and having to make a decision based on that alone. It's super easy to implement and I've never had any issues with prospects finding it to be too complicated to click on the text link I send, so that's a definite plus. I can also integrate my Hubspot platform with Crankwheel which makes it easier for me to track my customer data and statuses. Crackwheel is by far the easiest sharing platform out there!

Still haven't found anything I do not like about Crankwheel.

I love how easy it is to use CrankWheel. It's super user-friendly for both ends, and it only took me a few minutes to install it on my browser and phone. I've never had any issues, even with clients who are not tech-savvy. The ability to quickly share my screen during phone consultations is a big plus, making it very efficient. CrankWheel is one of the easiest screen sharing tools I’ve used. What really stands out is that the person you’re sharing your screen with doesn’t have to download anything. You just send them a link, they click it, and you’re connected almost instantly. It works on both PC and Mac, which makes it even more convenient.

Simplicity, ease of use, and lightweight. I like how quick it is to start a meeting, how easy it is to send meeting links, and the app design. I also think it is priced very fairly. Coming from JoinMe which is officially closing it's servers in lieu of a bloatware full version.

I love how easy CrankWheel is to use. You can just send a text message to a client, and they can join the meeting. It's efficient, fast, and self-explanatory with nothing clunky about it. It's very easy for the client to use as well. I also like how the initial setup was super easy. The owner of the agency found it to be a real game changer and had no complaints about setting it up. The ability to share screens with clients in real time so they can actually see the numbers and policies for themselves is a huge benefit.

Sometimes clients are connecting and disconnecting constantly, either due to cell phone reception or the feature where they have to have you on speakerphone. But I don't know a way around that.
