What do you like best about CrankWheel?

It allows me to do a screenshare to show clients policies, very user friendly for myself and the client. it has a consent form which helps with cms compliance for writing marketplace plans, the consumer easily completes it and the form is then emailed to both myself and the client. customer support also responds quickly. What do you dislike about CrankWheel?
