Interface is very easy to navigate, and the customization options are also plenty even if you’re not a design wizard, you will get along with it. I have did integrations with Mailchimp and now they's really save me so much time. **What do you dislike about Convertful?** Only one dislike about convertful is that the free plan has its restrictions, allowing only 300 pageviews each month. I understand that there need to be some limits, but a slightly higher allowance would really benefit small website owners like myself. **What problems is Convertful solving and how is that benefiting you?** Convertful makes it super easy for me to create a widgets and gather email subscribers without any coding. I don’t have to deal with coding or complicated setups. The widget forms are also avilable with plenty of customization, and I can decide when and where they pop up on my site. That means you'll be connecting your site to convertful.com. Some people may see that as a negative because you have to integrate with your email marketing service instead of having an all-in-one type of setup. **Recommendations to others considering Convertful:** Convertful takes a little getting used to in the beginning as you're getting ready to set everything up. In my case, I really didn't have a lead magnet in place that was very good. I'm just being honest about it. So the incentive to subscribe wasn't very strong. I've used Optin Monster, Thrive Leads, Lead Pages, ConvertPlus and others. The one I like the best is Convertful. Not only do they give you a lot of template options, but there are lot of options for integrations as well as actions taken after buttons are pushed, etc. They are also always looking to improve the product, with steady improvements since launch. This is software targeted for direct and online marketers and the developer has gone to the effort of attending conferences to meet with some of the top direct marketers to get their thoughts on what they would want in the product. Everything has worked very smoothly and they have never had downtime, so there has never been any problems with using them. They even have GDPR options if you are in the EU. It drastically slowed down my website and lacked fancy options. Then I went to MailMunch, but it also loaded a ton of scripts causing my site to slow down a few seconds in speed. Enter Convertful. This app is so easy to set up. I judge that by my ability to set it up without looking at instructions or contacting support. It also has minimal impact on my site speed and the features are just delightful…from the animated “progress” bars to social login to timers. The icing on the cake is that I invested in a webinar platform that didn’t work out the box. The ONLY workaround I was able to find for registering attendees was by using the Convertful app – it truly saved the day. I would wholeheartedly recommend this app to anyone. Support is fast, helpful, and timely with new features/updates. Best of all, you only need $9 freakin’ bucks to get started. **What do you dislike about Convertful?** I do not like that the plans limit visitors...not that I or most would ever hit that quota in a month, so why have it?
