I have also implemented it as several different companies. It is great for communication between the field and office. The link for pictures is an easy way to share a photo gallery with a customer without the customer having to download the pictures. The check list template is great for training and standardizing service. Customers really like the annotated reports. **What do you dislike about CompanyCam?** I can't think of a single thing I don't like about CompanyCam. CYA is enhanced by taking tons of pictures. Sharing pictures with customers is easier.
