I have also implemented it as several different companies. It is great for communication between the field and office. The link for pictures is an easy way to share a photo gallery with a customer without the customer having to download the pictures. Sharing pictures with customers is easier. It's easier to get field technicians to take pictures with companycam since the pictures do not end up in their phone gallery.
