I tried the product in 2022. You can see my "jury is still out" review. Well the jury is in and the product is crap. The only support offered is a chat box, which may or may not respond when needed. System is unstable...I've been trying to import a file of new contacts for the past 24 hours and literally the "import" tab has vanished from sight. Crickets. Support is abhorrent. The business model is so cliche and ineffective...hire some millenials to support via email, provide zero phone number, remain elusive, make money. Its so 2020. So once we moved past the introductory stage, I found myself swimming alone in a sea of unreliable support and broken software. However, I was able to locate someone within the company who could affect change and she was tremendously responsive. I'll come back to make a complete review once she gets us past our launch stage. Thus far what I dislike is the support. Its insufficient for the level of functionality the product can offer. Good news is they are aware of the issue and hopefully will be making adjustments to their responsiveness and complexity of support levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use classtag to communicate and publicise school events, news and important updates to K-8 families. It has been a wonderful tool for sending annoucements, posting messages, and even being able to directly chat with a parent on your roster. I love the variety of functions that you can use to communicate with parents. As a counselor I use it to chat with parents and send out reminders for open houses/admissions events. I do not believe there is anything I dislike about class tag, but thinking creatively I wish there was a repost or reminder button that would allow you to reshare already posted content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very useful platform to maintain contact with the representatives of our students. Its interface is very explicit, so it is very easy to learn how to use it. Your directory serves as an agenda to record the telephone numbers and emails of the representatives.
