Other than that, very little to be appreciated. **What do you dislike about ClassTag?** I tried the product in 2022. You can see my "jury is still out" review. Well the jury is in and the product is crap. The only support offered is a chat box, which may or may not respond when needed. System is unstable...I've been trying to import a file of new contacts for the past 24 hours and literally the "import" tab has vanished from sight. Crickets. Support is abhorrent. The business model is so cliche and ineffective...hire some millenials to support via email, provide zero phone number, remain elusive, make money. Its so 2020. **What problems is ClassTag solving and how is that benefiting you?** Endless. The question is more what is "working correctly" than not. The system is unstable, support is ineffective and spotty. Unless the school has less than 50 users and can be managed manually, don't use this product. ### 2. However, I was able to locate someone within the company who could affect change and she was tremendously responsive. I'll come back to make a complete review once she gets us past our launch stage. **What do you dislike about ClassTag?** Thus far what I dislike is the support. Its insufficient for the level of functionality the product can offer. Good news is they are aware of the issue and hopefully will be making adjustments to their responsiveness and complexity of support levels. **What problems is ClassTag solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eventually I hope it will solve our lack of a 2 -way messaging system. ### 3. It has been a wonderful tool for sending annoucements, posting messages, and even being able to directly chat with a parent on your roster. I love the variety of functions that you can use to communicate with parents. As a counselor I use it to chat with parents and send out reminders for open houses/admissions events. **What do you dislike about ClassTag?** I do not believe there is anything I dislike about class tag, but thinking creatively I wish there was a repost or reminder button that would allow you to reshare already posted content. **What problems is ClassTag solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our school community has a large population of bilingual families and families whose first language is not English. The best function Classtag has is the ability to share content and it is automatically translated for a family in whatever language they prefer and set their settings to. It also translates the chat! ### 4. You can have all the messages from parents in one place, and it is very user friendly for parents as well. It helps to have a way to chat with parents rather than endless emails. **What do you dislike about ClassTag?** There are a lot of ads which can be frustrating, and some glitches as well such as the app refreshing while you are trying to message or post something. **What problems is ClassTag solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's great to be able to communicate with students' parents quickly and easily and even to post messages for all the parents to see on the app. Especially with school going virtual during Covid-19 the app helped to streamline communication. ### 5. Class tag is great because it translates foreign language to English and vise versa to connect with parents that speak other languages. ### 8. Its interface is very explicit, so it is very easy to learn how to use it. Your directory serves as an agenda to record the telephone numbers and emails of the representatives. It allows uploading and sharing multimedia elements, so that parents are kept informed of the activities that their children perform daily at school. **What do you dislike about ClassTag?** There is nothing that disgusts me in this software. On the contrary, it is very helpful. **Recommendations to others considering ClassTag:** All educational institutions should have this platform. It works very well and offers many advantages for communication with representatives. **What problems is ClassTag solving and how is that benefiting you?** The institution maintains direct contact with the representatives through this platform. ### 9. I like that it alows you to communicate in the child’s home language and schedule conferences **What do you dislike about ClassTag?** I haven’t found anything that I dislike about classtag. Compared to all the others I have used over the years this is my favorite to use with parents. **Recommendations to others considering ClassTag:** It’s great! **What problems is ClassTag solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are many benefits first having other languages in my classroom and not being able to communicate face to face in the parents home language they are able to read the messages and understand them. ### 10.
