**What do you like best about Checkbox?**

Easy, smooth, and quick to navigate. It loads quickly and is user-friendly. It allows us to navigate legal documents, capture information, and report it.

**What do you dislike about Checkbox?**

I’m still getting used to the nuances of the checkboxes. There are a few small things I still need to understand, but it feels more like user error on my part than an issue with the application.

**What do you like best about Checkbox?**

I find Checkbox incredibly user-friendly, making it simple to create survey forms without any need for coding intervention. I particularly enjoy the flexibility it provides with multiple form design options like radio buttons, dropdowns, star ratings, and checkboxes, which allows us to tailor the surveys based on varying customer requirements. This adaptability is beneficial for receiving targeted survey feedback through our ticketing system, ultimately aiding business reviews and performance improvements. The ease of the initial setup was also commendable, thanks to the guidance provided, which allowed us to get started without any hurdles. Overall, Checkbox streamlines the process of gathering and analyzing survey data efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Checkbox?**

I find the upgrade process of Checkbox to be somewhat complex. It sometimes impacts our organization's security, necessitating necessary updates to mitigate any adverse effects. This complexity can make maintaining the software more challenging than anticipated.

I use Checkbox to gather survey feedback, aiding in business reviews and employee performance assessments. Its no-code, user-friendly survey creation with diverse design options improves our process efficiency without technical hurdles.

**What do you like best about Checkbox?**

We use Checkbox as a portal for both the public and our employees to complete forms and collect essential data. As an administrator, I rely on Checkbox daily and truly value how intuitive and user-friendly it is. With more than 80 business units and 500 users in our department, managing multiple user groups and folders with the correct permissions is crucial, and Checkbox makes this process very straightforward. The reporting features are powerful and have greatly reduced the time we spend on data analysis. I especially appreciate the ability to add JavaScript action items, which lets us extensively customize our surveys when needed. The branching and conditional logic also enable complex forms to flow smoothly. Being able to use our own branding in the headers and URLs is very important to us. Checkbox’s support for distributing multilingual surveys is essential for our organization. Additionally, the Checkbox support team provides excellent documentation and is always extremely helpful and responsive whenever we require advanced assistance.

**What do you dislike about Checkbox?**

Since we need to host Checkbox on-premise ourselves, managing the backend can sometimes be challenging. However, this setup is essential for data protection and provides us with reassurance, knowing that we have complete control over all the data we collect.

We depend on Checkbox as a portal that serves both our employees and the public, enabling them to complete forms and collect essential data. Once the information is gathered, we utilize the platform to analyze and generate reports based on the collected data.

**What do you like best about Checkbox?**

I am able to get a report for each store that we merchandise. I can customize the questions for each account and can pull a report anytime. I can add questions or revise them anytime during the reporting period and the link is automatically updated.

**What do you dislike about Checkbox?**

I am not understanding how to do an exception answer for a specific account. It maybe my issue with not finding the answer on the website.

**What problems is Checkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reports will tell us if we have shipping issue with a product. This will then allow us to research the problem and correct it. It is very important for our clients to identify any issues relative to shipping. If the product is not on the shelf, it will not sell.

We have a lot of moving pieces and balls to juggle in our day-to-day and Checkbox helps with a lot of the heavy-lifting; it's reliable!

**What do you like best about Checkbox?**

* Easy to create, export and import a survey
* Love the webhook(easy setup and it works)
* Customer support answers my question within 1 day, max is 2 days. This is important
* On premise is available

**What do you dislike about Checkbox?**

* Basic plan is really basic, you can only create a survey. Nothing else.
* I wish we can create a better report for response.

We integrate with our salesforce API easily. With this integration, we can automate all our client response.

**What do you like best about Checkbox?**

Checkbox has been easy to set up and use for a variety of survey types. It has all of the question types we need, skip logic, custom formatting (color schemes, logos, etc.), and ability to send invitations by email and/or SMS. 
We have been able to implement it for our whole team at a much lower cost than other better-known survey platforms.
Technical support has been very responsive to our issues. We came across one minor glitch and they investigated very quickly.
Overall it meets my team's needs very well and we use it on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Checkbox?**

Only major annoyance: when attempting to check the number of responses to the survey, the platform does not distinguish between different types of "incomplete" responses. This count includes both people who opened the link without answering any questions, as well as those who answered some questions but not all. Therefore, in order to get an accurate count of complete + valid partial responses, you need to export the data and filter manually.
It would be nice if it had better capabilities to pipe forward data between surveys for respondents we will be tracking over time. Right now, we have to do a lot of this manually using the address book, but it would be very nice if it was able to say "the last time you took a survey, you selected [something]. Has your opinion changed?"

Checkbox helps us efficiently collect data from survey participants.

For its price point, there is very little to dislike.

**What problems is Checkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it for document generation off checklists. It is benefitting because that is a very low level chore, and tedious and repetitive.

It was just not integrated into our BIM360 (Autodesk) plattform.

Google survey is much more user friendly platform and get more responses
