When a client has an issue using the program, I can easily chat with a representative to figure out this issue--most of the time I have an answer within 5 minutes or less. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** My added remarks above address the issue I had previously raised--while it would still be nice to be able to see what the client sees to help troubleshoot, the outstanding customer service really helps in this area. **Recommendations to others considering CertifID:** I would encourage others to give it a try. It's pretty self explanatory once you're logged in, and once you use it once it is very easy. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** CertifID helps us to be sure that when we send wires they are always going to the right person. I appreciate their customer service and having a dedicated person to contact with questions, making it easier as I get familiar with the representative and don't have to start over explaining issues each time. The process for ID verification is very simple for our clients, and even when they encounter issues, I can walk them through it over the phone. Compared to the previous process we used, this one is much better. Even if a glitch occurs with CertifID, they sort it out quickly when contacted. The initial setup of CertifID was easy, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10 out of 10. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** It would be great to be able to send wiring instructions either to a phone or an email. You need to have both to be able to send them. And there are a lot of times where we need to rush and send those to the clients because of the due diligence period and when the contract doesn't include all of the clients information we are having to do research before we can send them wiring instructions. I think it would be great if we didn't need both their phone number and their email. If we have both I don't mind including it. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** CertifID makes requesting Payoffs easier with follow-up and information verification. ID Verification is simple, even over the phone, and the customer service is excellent with a direct contact person. ### 6. Our representative at CertifID (David Ernest) is also great to respond to any support needs quickly and efficiently **What do you dislike about CertifID?** Sometimes the Banking Information Request/Collect will have questions that customers don't remember. Especially if they have many assets, sometimes they don't remember when they owned a certain car, etc. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Banking information collection and identity verification are our two main uses for CertifID. The integration with AIm+ makes sending and requesting wiring instructions super easy ### 7. I'd like for me to be able to put the buyer/borrower's email and phone number in the file then to be able to send instructions out easily through there without having to log into CertifID separately and re-enter the file, address, names, etc. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CertifID to send wire instructions securely and verify lender payoff instructions, which reduces the need for phone calls. I appreciate how quickly and easily I can complete these tasks without inputting too much information. ### 8. So easy and quick to use. Most all mortgage companies are in their database, even ones you wouldn't thing would be. Example: Hard money lenders. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** The downside is customers being leery of using. The fact that it has to go to their cell phone in addition to their email. Also, there seems to be some type of glitch where customers have to copy the link and paste it into their URL for it to work. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** They helped me troubleshoot the problem with the link. The customer needing to copy and paste into the URL for it to work. Now when they let me know they are getting that error message I know what to tell them. ### 9. Wiring can be a stressful process, but this product helps ease that anxiety thanks to the security and coverage it offers. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** At times, CertifID can seem like an extra set of hurdles, especially if the customer on the other end isn't very tech savvy. The most challenging aspect is often having to explain how the technology works and helping the customer troubleshoot any issues that come up. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** CertifID enables us to verify payoff wire instructions both quickly and securely. The complaints I hear from our clients range from the verification questions they are asked as they tend to contain very old information to be verified, or the questions do not pertain to them. This again leads to rejections. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** CertifID verifies IDs for our clients; verifies wire instructions whether they be by voided check or bank wire instructions - this takes the onus off of us for verifying instructions. Additionally, should a fraud situation occur they are there to assist and follow through should legal action need to be taken.
