"CertifID Gives Us Confidence of Fraud Protection and Identity Verification"

What do you like best about CertifID?

The most helpful thing about using CertifID is that it functions as our fraud protection and identity verification process. When a client completes the CertifID steps and the result comes back as Certified, it gives us confidence that their identity and banking information have been verified and that the transaction is covered by CertifID’s protection.

After we receive that Certified status, our company has the green light to proceed with the wire safely. This added layer of verification is extremely important because it helps protect both our clients and our company from wire fraud and identity theft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CertifID?

One downside I occasionally notice with clients who aren’t as comfortable using a computer is that, after they successfully complete the identity verification questions and are prompted to enter their banking information, they’re sometimes unsure which details belong in each field. For instance, when entering investment account information, some clients will type their own name into the field intended for the subsidiary bank or financial institution name. It would be helpful to include clearer, step-by-step guidance or a brief example showing exactly what should be entered in each field, especially for investment accounts. This could reduce confusion and help prevent errors for clients who aren’t as familiar with entering banking information electronically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?

CertifID is helping us address two of the biggest risks in our business: wire fraud and identity fraud. By using CertifID, we can rely on a secure third party to verify our clients’ identities and provide fraud protection throughout the wire process. This gives our company greater confidence that we are sending funds to the verified individual, using verified account information provided by the client. Most importantly, CertifID adds an extra layer of protection against fraudulent transactions and helps protect our company from potential financial loss due to fraud. "User-Friendly Fraud Detection That Auto-Populates Files Effortlessly"

What do you like best about CertifID?

Fraud detection, very user friendly program all you need to do is upload your payoffs into the system and open an account number for the the file and it populates all the information into the file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top-Notch Protection and a Customer-Friendly App with CertifID"

What do you like best about CertifID?

CertifID has given us and our customers piece of mind during wire transfers and loan payoffs. The amount of coverage they give us and the expertise of their employees is top notch. They also have a very Customer easy App that walks our clients through it every step of the way. We use ProForm for our software and they are integrated with them in the SoftPro 360 Console, which makes it very easy and fast for Payoffs. The performance of the software has been wonderful, and they are constantly trying to improve all the time. The pricing is very reasonable for the protection, customer service and quality of the overall product. We definitely recommend using CertifID for your business and we will keep using them!! "Easy to Use, Fast Results, and Real Peace of Mind with CertifID"

What do you like best about CertifID?

CertifID is easy to use. Data entry is straightforward, and the results come back quickly. The peace of mind from the service, along with the insurance policy behind it, helps us feel safe and secure when sending wires.
