In other ways, Centra can feel "clunky" and un-intuitive to use. One primary example of this is the Vouchers area. Some kind of grouping would be great. i.e. When I create 2,000 codes for an organization, it would be nice to be able to add those codes to a group or collapse them into a single line item. This would make it a lot easier to still have access to my prior codes (which I use for cloning). Another thing in Vouchers -- the current process for selecting products which are eligible for vouchers could be described as a process of inclusion, product by product. In other words - the products have to be "added" to the voucher one at a time in order to be eligible. Would it be possible to have products be able to be added to a voucher by CATEGORY, rather than individual product? This would save a lot of time. **What problems is Centra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centra powers the back end of our D2C Ecommerce website. We enjoy the powerful and diverse functionality which Centra offers. ### 2. Flexible and dynamic API for BI reports. **What do you dislike about Centra?** Even if you can use Centra as a one-stop-shop tool I would recommend to scale faster using some of their recommended third party integrations. Listen to their recommendations of what suits best for your business setup and needs to find the right match. The customer support is 11/10. Really straight forward and easy to use in both back end and front end. The number of integrations in place were a big selling point for us and helped us reach our live setup in just a short number of days! **What do you dislike about Centra?** For a smaller brand like somestimes a limited view of the backend could make the workflow even more streamlined. That said, our goal is to grow and would probably de-activate that kind of function in short. **What problems is Centra solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's stream lining our whole B2B workflow starting with assisting us in product creation, pre-ordering phase where our customers' buyers can receive an easy to use access to their selections after physical appointments, retrieve order data/product data and loop in their logistical departments already after the order creation. As Centra has an integration in place with Ongoing we can easily manage our inventory and international shipments through our warehouse partner that is also connected to Ongoing. Ongoing and Centra's collaboration is on another level where both of the parties wanted to jump into any issue we faced to try and help from their respective end, to facilitate potential road blocks that us as a brand could have an issue with locating. Centra is also a huge time saver through their collaboration with Fortnox, to be able to syncronize all of our B2B activity to our books with the click of a button is a dream come through after manually putting in hour after hour in excel sheets and transferring that into Fortnox with the help of our accountant. The same could be said with all excel-activity related to sales and production in general. To be able to also request potential changes after feedbacking discussions and receiving live action-taking from different team members and departments in Centra is also a huge potential for a smaller company that needs to stay flexible and also a proven result of Centra's structural work, to be able to contain the flexibility of a small player after growing into the bigger suit is a work worth applauding! ### 4. The “true” headless nature of Centra has allowed us to meet these expectations. The platform has provided us the freedom and flexibility to build a front end with next to no limitations. **What do you dislike about Centra?** Getting up and running with Centra requires a slight degree of technical know-how. The true price of flexibility is that the entire site has to be built from scratch. In other words, project lead time and setup are usually more costly compared to (e.g.) Shopify if using a pre-built theme. It has great flexibility in order to tailor for our different clients, and it lets agencies like mine create the customer facing experience, that we and our clients want, without werid constraints or pain points as traditional ecomm monoliths tend to do. Also Centra offers very good support on the technical front, which i value very much. **What do you dislike about Centra?** I don't have any general dislikes. Earlier i would have mentioned the old school dashboard interface, but since the new version has been launched earlier this year, no more pain points at this stage :) **What problems is Centra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generally all features/issues involved in running a larger ecomm operation. But especailly the market/pricelist setup which allows for multiple currencies in different markets is a powerful feature, and something i haven't come across in other headless ecomm systems yet. ### 25. I really like that it's purposely made for super users and advanced users, both interface and APIs, which makes it perfect for brands that scales. Better feature set and as scalable as the enterprise products, but with reasonable pricing to use it while scaling. **What do you dislike about Centra?** It's quite manual work to make sure both QA and Prod are in sync data wise, that are not automatically synced as of today. Also fairly priced. Great that they have a fixed price since there is a lot of set-up and communication with developers so a paid-per-hour set-up would be crazy expensive. We don't know if it was because of Centra or it might have been us but it caused some extra work. If you do not have a lot of experience in similar systems I recommend that you really try to from the start understand what everything means, how it connects and why you are setting it up as you are.
