I like using Appmixer to automate workflows within our product and appreciate its capability to integrate with third parties like HubSpot and Salesforce. It can be unstable at times, and we have found some of their components do not work as they have published. When using some triggers and other actions, we found some components that don't work. The embedded flow designer that we can pass onto our users is very useful. The problem with building integrations is always that different customers want different things out of "A ___ integration". There are a few areas where the platform could use more maturity. Specifically, the configuration for the data flow between steps isn't very intuitive, and the process for testing webhook integrations feels clunky. The amazing ease of integration for agentic services that either can be easily managed by the SaaS admin or even the user. The possibility to even set up marketplaces with agents/automations and provide that to your customers is even more amazing. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Appmixer’s SDK and the potential for custom connectors which gives us the flexibility to handle a variety of integration requests. We no longer have to worry about dedicating engineering resources to every new customer’s integration needs.
