I can see if they called on the phone, texted me, emailed me, or even used Facebook Messenger to contact me. It's like iCloud for your business. I love that all my employees can see the communication going on with our customers so that anyone can respond and help funnel our client from inquiry to sale. The customer service at the company is beyond AMAZING. You can easily screen share with them to troubleshoot or ask questions. And if you need the program to do something it doesn't currently do, they also work to personalize it. I searched for a CRM that would allow you to text message and use Facebook Messenger as a way to communicate with your customer, and AllProWebTools does that and so much more. I enjoy finding new ways every day to integrate it more and more into my business because every day, my job gets more accessible and more manageable when I do. **What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?** There is a bit more tech knowledge that the user needs than some other click and add type sites. But they have tutorials for everything, so you can always find out what to do. I would like to see a phone app to do all the same stuff on my phone and not have to be around a computer all of the time. I would also like to edit orders if I made a mistake or left something off instead of having to void the order and start over. Having my staff jump in at any point in the sale and continue those conversations seamlessly through the company is truly remarkable and takes the stress off of me. Dave continually is looking to make this program better to help more businesses with marketing efforts. I am am huge fan of his email marketing tools and once I got everything set up it has allowed me to follow up with old clients and customers that never converted. Since everything has been set up my business has probably profited well over six figures JUST from his email marketing software. One feature, in terms of APWT's pricing is that it charges for Customer Service, which I think is very wise. My experience as CRP companies take on more clients the demand for its Customer Service increases and eventually becomes a significant costs; by charging for customer service support, the customers with the most problems are paying for his/hers questions. To help mitigate the CS cost the company that provides "Free" customer service then off-shores the support and frequently the telecommunication connection is not clear, the wait time can be 45-60 mins before connecting with the CS rep., and it is usually difficult to understand the language of the CS reps. in the "off-shore" country. **What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?** Help Guides are challenging; APWTs is open to making changes to make it more specific. I have not been using APWTs to tell you more about "dislikes"; so far, every issue that I've encountered is my own error and APWT's Customer Service has been responsive.. **Recommendations to others considering AllProWebTools:** AllProWebTools provides small companies with everything they need, enabling the company to pick the functions they need at a nominal cost. **What problems is AllProWebTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We help our small clients organize to organize its database, integrate sales, marketing, and accounting for our clients using XERO accounting software. ### 19. It's not hard there are just a lot of steps. I would also love to see the ability to rearrange the listing of the galleries myself, currently they are chronological by date entered. I have already posted to their forum about this so I am sure they are working on it, but I would also like the ability to change the amount of time on a time punch once it shows up in the shopping cart. In the restoration industry things some times take longer than anticipated, as a business we don't always want to pass the full cost of that to the customer. So when a tech clocks into something for 4 hours and we think maybe we should only charge 3 hours I would like to see the ability to change that right there as opposed to adding a 1 hour discount to the end of the invoice. **What problems is AllProWebTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time tracking. Time tracking is the most important part of our AllProWebTools system. We use the time clock system to clock in and out of projects and those punches are directly linked to the customers invoice.
