**What do you like best about AcademyOcean?**

I prefer the change in the whole system of study. It makes the platform valuable because of its features that help increase engagement among our employees and directors. The whole company benefits from their increased engagement, especially those who need assistance at times. It definitely helps us automate our system of study, which is really beneficial.

**What do you dislike about AcademyOcean?**

I wish we could send the invitation link to our new learners more easily. I've faced a problem sending the invitation link without adding a new learner on my own. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty hard for me as a learning and development manager, and I needed our support manager's help to understand the software and the platform's mechanism.

**What problems is AcademyOcean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AcademyOcean to teach new coworkers our values and cooperative culture. It renews our educational system with technical innovations, simplifies the learning process, involves all employees, and helps achieve common goals with better feedback from new employees.

As our number of learners grows, additional automation in team creation and updates would help simplify administration and make large-scale learning management even more efficient.

With the help of AcademyOcean users become proficient with Okdesk's features very quickly. We can create and arrange software-related courses and lessons based on topics, modules, and degrees of engagement.

**What do you dislike about AcademyOcean?**

There was no method to forbid consecutive testing . This is a small problem, though, and it doesn't diminish the platform's overall greatness.

Team training has become easier because of the platform's contribution to the development of an interdepartmental education system. Our crew is now well-trained and up to speed on the most recent procedures, thanks to AcademyOcean.

**What do you like best about AcademyOcean?**

I use AcademyOcean to compile training materials for our team to improve our expertise. I really like the fact that I can compose teaching material and rely on the results of the completed test.

There is no need to independently control the study of the material.

The product is ideal for compiling training materials on topics that do not change over time, since there is no need to update them regularly.

We also use the product for onboarding. The product saves managers time for training new employees. We provide maximum information about the company, mission, values so that the employee receives maximum information on the first working day.

**What do you dislike about AcademyOcean?**

There is no way to prohibit testing several times in a row. Maybe I didn't find it.

Some employees try to cheat the system.

Everything else suits me, all the necessary functionality is there.

**What problems is AcademyOcean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Onboarding.

Each manager now spends much less time training new employees. We also reduce the onboarding time.

2. Team training.

We have a career ladder for every role in the company, and every employee must pass an exam to be promoted. Now it is enough for me to draw up a course in AcademyOcean and check the test results.

It is also very convenient that there are detailed statistics on how the user completed the course. Which lesson is more complicated, how he answered the test, and so on.

We really like the way Academy Ocean is developing and how many new and useful functions have appeared during our use of this system.

We can't single out anything that we don't like.

We started using the academy in times of quarantine and remote work. The first things we started using the academy for were onboarding for new people in the company and little instructions on how to use our system. But we did not stop there and the academy helped us to create an interdepartmental system of education. And we managed to create a whole instruction and a whole learning process for new users of our system.

**What do you like best about AcademyOcean?**

Thanks to AcademyOcean, we built our corporate and customer success academy in a few weeks. I want to emphasize its smooth UI/UX for both admin user and end-user  (our new employee or our partner: distributor, reseller, installer, or security company). Also, it's important to mention an interactive dashboard with a funnel, which gives a general understanding of the learning process and parts for improvements. We use AcademyOcean as one of the tools for our customers' onboarding process, and it's quite easy to use it as a multilanguage platform as we are doing business in 90+ countries.

**What do you dislike about AcademyOcean?**

There is nothing we have determined we don't like, but it would be good to have a more sophisticated landing page builder for Academy enrollment.

Academy Ocean is a great tool to me because you can think your infrastructure in a very flexible way. They do not have only one way to structure your content - and you can really personalize it by combining their different options.

**What do you dislike about AcademyOcean?**

The text editor can bug sometimes but that is honestly a detail. You refresh the page and it will be back to normal.

**What problems is AcademyOcean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using academy so that to give access private content to subscribed learners. 
We focus on developping the whole learning content, and we do not spend time in developping the front interface. 
It let us focus on our real added value, and let the user experience to Academy Ocean who is really good at it.

We develop Okdesk.com -- service management software for professional b2b services like IT integrators, fleet management integrators, retail integrators and so on. It is important for our users to quickly dive into Okdesk features and functions. Using Academy Ocean it is possible for us to create and organize courses and lessons about software by topics, modules or level of complicity.

**What do you dislike about AcademyOcean?**

I think guys should develope more integrational possibilities like webhooks. It would be interesting for us to know when a new user successfully passes the test and enrich  CRM with this info -- it would be a good help for our sales team which could help them to identify 'hot leads' more precisely.

We use the Academy Ocean for customer onboarding. The main result is that our customers say to us that using Academy they quickly understand how to implement our software for their needs.

I wanted a simple LMS system, that was easy to customise and maintain from and admin side and intuitive from a user side. I found just that in Academy Ocean! 

The simplicity of the system is great for both admin and especially the user, that just needs a plug and play tool for understanding what's important; the content on Academy Ocean. 

The team was super helpful and responsive whenever there was hick ups or I had questions on functionalities/features. Highly recommended.

There was a few hick ups in the flow of the lessons and questionnaires + the score of the individual users but was fixed very fast by the team.

First of all – design. It's always a great pleasure to have a fancy content. Our customers share and learn all the materials we add to our academy.

**What do you dislike about AcademyOcean?**

I haven't found a lot, but the only one that I found is connected with a mobile version. As for now, it's not very comfortable to work with a mobile version of menu in the academy. Although, guys told me that it will be fixed.

If you are looking for a service that gives you an opportunity to make content great again, think about AcademyOcean.

1. Onboarding of your customers. Give them educational materials in an easy form. As soon as we created an SEO academy on our site, clients started sharing it and adding to their regular process of hiring staff.
2. Onboarding of your new employees. Create an internal academy that will teach your new guys in interactive form, they will appreciate it and learn faster. It saves a lot of time (money).
3. New content. You have a new place for posting your content in a new way. Search engines will love it!

The user interface is really smooth and it's extremely easy to use and set up. The team is super responsive and the support is amazing!
I really like the fact that all the certification process is handled directly from the app! I also enjoyed the analytics which is very detailled.

There is not really a thing I dislike... At lemlist we wanted to have an academy to help our users become rockstars at cold email... We also wanted them to be able to get a certificate if they work well... Academy Ocean is simply perfect for our needs!

Being able to educate a lot of users (5000+) in a fun and intuitive way! White papers and ebooks are nice but no one really reads it until the end... There is no reward to do it and it's usually not that fun... With Academy Ocean you can really create a unique experience for your user and provide a lot of value at the same time.

**What do you like best about AcademyOcean?**

What i like most is elaborate UI/UX and ease of use for both admin and learner. It takes literally 10 min to create a new education course and launch it. AcademyOcean is great for educating of current users and as a channel for lead generation - once the course is published, you see the list of learners of a particular course in admin panel. Here's our experience for lead generation - we export .csv file of learners and add them to lead nurturing campaign.

No cons as for now! You're doing great job.

It saves us a lot of time during demos, since we don't have to cover basics and can simply direct people to our Academy to learn how our system works at a time that's convenient to them.

All in all, I find AcademyOcean to be the perfect solution in terms of user onboarding.

It's easy to create and consume large amounts of content with the academy. 
It has analytics which helps you optimize content anytime for better results.
It has user behavior and interests stats which are extremely valuable to the sales department.

It's gated content, which means it can't rank organically, but that's the bargain you have to take if you want to generate leads. Plus there are other ways to promote it.

It's a simple yet powerful product. We've been thinking about creating our own educational solution for the prospects. Academy Ocean was a perfect solution: no prototyping, coding or maintaining just a few steps, and our first course is in the air!

Some issues in applying an SSL (https://) certificate applying. Everything else about the Academy Ocean is great.

I like 2 things the best, the ease to get everything setup and configured and then the attention to user interface and user experience.

I would like to be able to add javascript and embed custom HTML.

We were using Teachable as our academy before switching to AcademyOcean.  Teachable had a multi-step signup process because leads and customers could finally get to the course content.  AcademyOcean has a very seamless sign-up process and users have a much easier enrollment process.
