I find 8am LawPay to be a pretty easy-to-use website, which I appreciate. I'm able to make payment schedules and send out links to clients, which is quite useful. It gives me a variety of ways to get payments done, making the process more efficient. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, they made it easy to handle, which I liked. You could use a little bit of improvement with some of the more complex payment plans giving you additional editing capabilities. It doesn't let you personalize it a 100%. And sometimes on the payment plans, if a card gets declined, it'll continue going on counting that week in that amount, to the final balance even though the money didn't actually get paid. Sometimes you have to go back if a client's card gets declined and charge them again, and make sure you have your own accounting follow-up on the unpaid balance.
