**Describe the project or task 360Works helped with:**

I am a FileMaker Pro developer. I can typically incorporate most or all required functions in the apps that I build using the "out-of-the-box" FileMaker platform.  360Works plugins help cover the remainder; in my case I've used 360Works E-mail to build a mailing list app and 360Works Scribe to parse unconventional Excel spreadsheets into FileMaker tables.

**What do you like best about 360Works?**

360Works plugins add greater control and functionality to FileMaker Pro databases. Functions are pretty straightforward and help is available from 360Works and the community at large. Excellent value for the dollar.

**What do you dislike about 360Works?**

Documentation is sometimes a little opaque; expect some trial and error. Otherwise, the FileMaker community is very friendly and helpful.

**What problems is 360Works solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parse Excel documents using 360Works Scribe. Send/receive e-mail using 360Works E-mail.

**Describe the project or task 360Works helped with:**

I've used FileMaker since the late 80's. I'm a huge fan! Up until now, I've been able to rely on the native email functions found within the FileMaker platform. However, circumstances changed a bit, and I found myself needing to automate a number of Scripts, and needed a way to incorporate not only HTML content, but also multiple attachments for an internal solution I was developing. After researching a handful of competitors, I settled on 360Works Email Plugin for it's overall capabilities and ease of use.

**What do you like best about 360Works?**

If you are familiar with the FileMaker platform and a seasoned FileMaker developer, it's easy to understand how to incorporate the 360Works Email Plugin script steps to create some awesome custom apps that incorporate various email functionality.

**What do you dislike about 360Works?**

Nothing specifically. I think for new user's some additional videos with real-world examples could be helpful.

**What problems is 360Works solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With 360Works Email Plugin, we are now able to provide rich HTML text, including table formatting, within the the email body. It's awesome!
