**What do you like best about 2ask?**

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. What I like best about 2ask is that it helps me create, manage, and review surveys in a simple and organized way. I use it for nutrition assessments, wellness feedback, health awareness activities, and educational questionnaires, so having survey creation and response collection in one place makes daily work easier. Creating surveys, adding different question types, organizing sections, and managing participant responses feels straightforward. I also find the survey templates useful for getting started more quickly, while the survey builder provides enough flexibility to customize forms based on different healthcare and educational needs. Sharing surveys and collecting responses is simple, which helps when gathering feedback from different groups.

Another thing I like is being able to review survey results and participant feedback in an organized manner. This helps me better understand nutrition habits, wellness concerns, and educational outcomes from different activities. For health education projects, it makes collecting and reviewing feedback much more manageable without creating extra manual work. Getting started was easy and the platform did not require much time to learn. The available features feel practical for survey creation, distribution, response collection, reporting, and overall survey management. Performance has also been smooth while creating surveys, editing questions, moving between sections, and reviewing responses during regular use. Overall, 2ask fits naturally into my healthcare, wellness, and educational workflow and helps me manage surveys and feedback activities in a more structured and efficient way.

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

I feel the survey design area could be a little more modern and visually streamlined. The functionality is there, but some sections take a little time to get familiar with when creating surveys for the first time. Also I feel that reviewing participant trends and response patterns could be a little more detailed without needing extra manual analysis.

**What problems is 2ask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

2ask is helping me solve the problem of collecting and organizing feedback in a more structured way. In my work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, homeopathy clinic manager, and health education content creator, I often need information related to nutrition habits, wellness activities, patient feedback, and educational programs. Earlier, collecting and reviewing this information from different sources required more manual effort.

Now I can create surveys, gather responses, and review results from one place. This makes it easier to understand common concerns, identify areas where people need more guidance, and improve both patient communication and health education activities.

It also helps me manage different surveys and feedback projects without making the workflow confusing. The ability to organize questions, track responses, and review feedback in one system makes day-to-day survey work much easier. I can also use the collected feedback to improve wellness guidance, educational content, and future survey activities based on actual responses. Overall, it saves time, keeps responses better organized, and helps me make more informed decisions based on the feedback collected.

**What do you like best about 2ask?**

I really love this platform for its organized and reliable interface with professional and beautiful presentation. The platform is really attractive with its powerful features. I specially love the AI form creation of this platform so nobody have to worry about the absence of similar templates as you can easily create one with the help of AI. The AI form creation does  a great job by creating high quality contents of the forms just as the user needs. The ability this platform possess for creating and editing a content is outstanding. Other than this I also love the distribution capabilities of this platform with ability to distribute through different channels and mediums like QR code, Social Media, Survey Links, Emails etc. The results of the surveys can also be seen as how efficient the survey was. One thing very commendable about this platform is its ability to analyze the data into meaningful charts and figures giving meaning. Which can be used for decision formation and informed decision making. The productivity is greatly enhance by its performance. The onboarding of this platform was also really easy . The CrossTab capability of this platform is also worth mentioning. The AI capability to summarize empowers user with better productivity from using this platform.

Frankly I love most parts and capabilities of this platform but I felt the price was less moderate. I also wish there was more integration capabilities.

This platform is a powerful tool for marketing analysis and surveys. Frankly this platform have a highly reliable result and performance with extremely powerful AI. All this combine and assist to bring greater collaboration, distribution and productivity for the team. My experience with this platform AI have been a wonderful and pleasant experience. Both in terms of capabilities and user friendliness.

The custom design and branding options make it easy to adapt survey layouts to your corporate identity, including the ability to embed images and streamed video.

There’s also a Managed Survey service, which is an optional white-glove offering where the 2ask team builds the survey, runs pretests, and handles execution for you.

I honestly can’t think of anything I disliked about 2ask, other than wishing I had started using it sooner.

**What do you like best about 2ask?**

The best thing I like about this 2ask platform is that it helps us in creating and managing online surveys very easily and effectively, even for users who may not have much deep technical knowledge. This platform is very much easier to handle and implement live surveys. The survey builder feels very much practical, and it also offers very useful options like multiple question types and their predefined inbuilt templates and custom survey designs, along with their branching logic and multilingual surveys, which are very helpful to deploy a web interface and mobile environment as well. Also like how they focus on data protection and security and also this platform is gdpr compliant and offers hosting in European countries as well. Specifically, I like their UI, which is clean and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

Some of the advanced features may feel more suitable only on the higher tier plans, and for the user who needs complex reporting and an advanced dashboard or even deeper automation, this platform has certain limits, dear pricing and the tier package should be explained transparently. And also for first-time users, they might need some time to understand all their available logic, reporting and exporting options; sometimes it might feel overwhelming.

**What problems is 2ask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helped us in solving the problem of creating a structured survey and also collecting responses very securely, and also analysing feedback without depending on any other manual forms or spreadsheet this platform is also very useful for our customer satisfaction surveys and employee surveys as well. The biggest benefit is that enter survey workflow can be managed in one place, from creating the questionnaire to distribution and response collection to deeper analytics, and exporting it as a report.

I feel more confident using 2ask than other survey tools because it provides real-time reports and supports advanced logic. The UI is very helpful, especially the drag-and-drop feature, which makes building surveys easier. It also enables multi-language support within a single survey, which is absolutely incredible.

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

In my personal opinion, the subscription cost is too high compared to other survey tools, which makes it unaffordable for many people. Also, the UI design and overall interface feel less polished and not updated to current trends.

I really like that 2ask is user-friendly and doesn't require any coding knowledge to build surveys. The drag-and-drop interface and clear templates make it easy to start a survey in just a few minutes. It's fantastic that I can quickly change surveys to fit different audiences, whether getting feedback from employees one day and students the next. The built-in analytics are super helpful as I get charts and reports right away, and I appreciate the ability to export data to Excel and SPSS. It’s also reassuring that the hosting is GDPR-compliant, ensuring data safety when handling sensitive feedback. Plus, since 2ask supports multiple languages, it allows schools, businesses, and NGOs to connect with a wide range of communities seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

The survey builder works best on a computer. Editing complicated logic or changing the look of a brand on smaller screens doesn't feel as smooth. Charts and exports are useful, but you won't find built-in tools for deeper insights like sentiment analysis or predictive trends. You'd need to use other tools for that. It doesn't yet work perfectly with popular CRMs or collaboration tools, so you'll have to do extra work to get survey data into your workflow. Current reporting is limited to charts and exports. A dedicated mobile app or a responsive redesign with gesture-based editing could make it easier to make surveys on the go. Add AI-driven insights, built-in sentiment analysis, and trend forecasting so that teams don't need to use other tools to get a deeper understanding. Add more integrations with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Slack, and Microsoft Teams so that survey workflows can be built right into daily work.

This feature saves me hours of regulatory paperwork each month compared to tools like SurveyMonkey. I love its lightweight and intuitive design, which includes pre-made HR templates for pulse checks and post-interview feedback, allowing for quick survey creation without unnecessary clutter. The mobile-first sharing experience with simple, no-login links is a standout feature that boosts response rates from employees and job seekers. Finally, exporting structured, audit-ready result files is effortless and quick, enabling easy archiving in GreenAnt Nest to comply with German HR record-keeping rules.

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

For one thing, the platform's file export formats are extremely limited. It only outputs raw CSV spreadsheets without pre-organized templates tailored for HR audits. Every month I spend extra time reformatting columns, renaming headers and removing redundant data before uploading survey records to GreenAnt Nest for long-term storage, which adds tedious manual editing work. Next, there is no built-in multi-language support for candidate questionnaires. We regularly interview applicants who speak English alongside German, yet all survey text can only be set to a single language per poll. I have to create two separate identical surveys—one German, one English—and distribute different links to relevant candidates, doubling my setup workload for each recruitment round. Its media embedding feature is also very restricted. I often want to add short introductory videos about our agency or visual infographics inside pulse surveys to boost engagement, but 2ask does not support image or video uploads within questionnaires. I can only add plain text descriptions, which makes feedback forms less engaging and slightly lowers completion rates from employees and job seekers.

First, the range of advanced question types is limited. We sometimes need matrix rating questions to let customers compare multiple product lines or different service items side by side. Right now, 2ask does not support this format, so I have to create separate single questions instead. This makes surveys longer and can slightly reduce completion rates. More specialized question templates would help us collect comparative data more efficiently. Second, the customization options for surveys are quite basic. We would like to add our company logo, custom intro texts, and branded color schemes to match our retail brand style. The current platform only offers plain text and standard layouts with few styling choices. Better branding controls would make our customer-facing surveys look more unified and professional.
