I feel more confident using 2ask than other survey tools because it provides real-time reports and supports advanced logic. The UI is very helpful, especially the drag-and-drop feature, which makes building surveys easier. It also enables multi-language support within a single survey, which is absolutely incredible.

In my personal opinion, the subscription cost is too high compared to other survey tools, which makes it unaffordable for many people. Also, the UI design and overall interface feel less polished and not updated to current trends.

I really like that 2ask is user-friendly and doesn't require any coding knowledge to build surveys. The drag-and-drop interface and clear templates make it easy to start a survey in just a few minutes. It's fantastic that I can quickly change surveys to fit different audiences, whether getting feedback from employees one day and students the next. The built-in analytics are super helpful as I get charts and reports right away, and I appreciate the ability to export data to Excel and SPSS. It’s also reassuring that the hosting is GDPR-compliant, ensuring data safety when handling sensitive feedback. Plus, since 2ask supports multiple languages, it allows schools, businesses, and NGOs to connect with a wide range of communities seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

The survey builder works best on a computer. Editing complicated logic or changing the look of a brand on smaller screens doesn't feel as smooth. Charts and exports are useful, but you won't find built-in tools for deeper insights like sentiment analysis or predictive trends. You'd need to use other tools for that. It doesn't yet work perfectly with popular CRMs or collaboration tools, so you'll have to do extra work to get survey data into your workflow. Current reporting is limited to charts and exports. A dedicated mobile app or a responsive redesign with gesture-based editing could make it easier to make surveys on the go. Add AI-driven insights, built-in sentiment analysis, and trend forecasting so that teams don't need to use other tools to get a deeper understanding. Add more integrations with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Slack, and Microsoft Teams so that survey workflows can be built right into daily work.

We were referred 2ask by one of our acquaintances who runs a B2B business and they use 2ask to conduct their product research surveys. The creation of surveys was easy - but that's about what I liked about 2ask.

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

2ask is decades behind competitors when it comes to its design and UI. Admin backend and customer frontend, everything is very 2010-ish. That said, there are some basic analysis tools that are provided for your survey on the admin backend. Unfortunately, they're very basic bar and pie charts about the options that users selected. They recently launched a new design, but the core product is still the same. That, on top of the extremely expensive price tag - 99 Euros/mo, and only for one single user makes it at least 3 times more expensive than Survey Monkey and Qualtrics.

It helps gather market and consumer survey data. Clients and customers could fill their details in that could be used internally for research purposes. It can also be used internally within the organization.

I recently tested a tool with high expectations, but unfortunately, I didn't find any advantages in using it. Despite carefully examining all the features, I couldn't identify any significant benefits that would justify its use in my daily life. It's always disappointing when a tool doesn't meet our expectations, but it's important to be honest about our experience so that others can make informed decisions. However, I acknowledge that other people may have different needs and perspectives than mine, and there may be situations where this tool could be useful.

While testing a new tool, I came across a very frustrating experience. Besides being extremely expensive, the design of the tool was terrible, making it visually unappealing and unpleasant to look at. The layout and usability of the interface were also lacking, making navigation difficult and the overall experience confusing. Unfortunately, these factors greatly hindered my overall experience with the tool and left me feeling like it was not worth the investment. It's very hard to point out any issue on 2ask. I am not sure, but I think maybe the trial period could have been a little more. I couldn't think of anything else which I disliked.

I like it the best in that it's well anti -interference preformance ,for students they can easily find study reasourses for nearly all courses ,get online help from tutors all time and can share old projects ,it's also simple receiver design and it's inexpensive

**What do you like best about 2ask?**

I really like the market data that I can implement into my surveys so that I can best understand my customers. 

**What do you dislike about 2ask?**

I don’t dislike anything about 2ask. I would highly recommend it because of how easy it is to use. 

**Recommendations to others considering 2ask:**

I would say switch because 2ask was better than the previous survey product I was using/familiar with. 

**What problems is 2ask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using 2ask to understand customers better and get big data from customers all in one survey.
