The creation of surveys was easy - but that's about what I liked about 2ask. **What do you dislike about 2ask?** 2ask is decades behind competitors when it comes to its design and UI. Admin backend and customer frontend, everything is very 2010-ish. That said, there are some basic analysis tools that are provided for your survey on the admin backend. Unfortunately, they're very basic bar and pie charts about the options that users selected. They recently launched a new design, but the core product is still the same. That, on top of the extremely expensive price tag - 99 Euros/mo, and only for one single user makes it at least 3 times more expensive than Survey Monkey and Qualtrics. **What problems is 2ask solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps gather market and consumer survey data. Clients and customers could fill their details in that could be used internally for research purposes. It can also be used internally within the organization. ### 19. Despite carefully examining all the features, I couldn't identify any significant benefits that would justify its use in my daily life.
