We were referred 2ask by one of our acquaintances who runs a B2B business and they use 2ask to conduct their product research surveys. The creation of surveys was easy - but that's about what I liked about 2ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2ask is decades behind competitors when it comes to its design and UI. Admin backend and customer frontend, everything is very 2010-ish. That said, there are some basic analysis tools that are provided for your survey on the admin backend. Unfortunately, they're very basic bar and pie charts about the options that users selected. They recently launched a new design, but the core product is still the same. That, on top of the extremely expensive price tag - 99 Euros/mo, and only for one single user makes it at least 3 times more expensive than Survey Monkey and Qualtrics. I recently tested a tool with high expectations, but unfortunately, I didn't find any advantages in using it. Despite carefully examining all the features, I couldn't identify any significant benefits that would justify its use in my daily life.
