My experience with this platform still surprises me because, before I started using it, I didn’t have a fully completed marketing website, and I couldn’t even imagine integrating the website with the reservations system. Now I have both at a very good level in terms of design and functionality, and they’re easy to use for me and for my clients.

All my clients find it easy to book an hour and find what they need on our website and in the booking system. Also, I now pay around 200–300 euros per month and I get all of this, plus I don’t have to answer each client about whether there is availability. The schedule is live and online, so they open the website, find the slot they want, book it, and pay directly. Everything has been completely fine, and it’s exceeding my expectations—both as a customer of the platform and as a business owner on the other side. 1club is new, and the intake forms don’t always capture as much information as I’d like compared with others. I’d like an easier way to get notified when a student’s birthday is coming up or email their parents three months ahead with our birthday party packages. I know 1club can be set up to do these things, but it isn’t as intuitive as other interfaces where they’re already standard.
