1Channel Route Planning Software Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Route Planning Software replaces Excel route sheets for field sales teams. Admins build a Zone, Region, Area and Territory hierarchy, assign outlets to beats with a visit frequency, and create daily, weekly or monthly beat plans in the portal or by Excel upload. A manager approves each plan before it reaches the rep's app. Market Visit Plans add one-off schedules with a date range and objective, such as a new launch. Check-in only unlocks inside the outlet's geofence, with GPS, timestamp and a mandatory photo, and deviation alerts flag skipped or unplanned visits. Managers track missed outlets, a weekly compliance score per rep, and distance, outlets per km and idle time, with GPS distance feeding reimbursement. The AI Journey Planner sequences visits from an outlet and field-team upload using road travel time, working hours and week offs, and reports a shortfall when outlets cannot fit. Used by FMCG, distribution, pharma, beverage, telecom and financial services teams.
