1Channel POSM Tracking & Proof of Execution Reviews & Product Details

1Channel POSM Tracking & Proof of Execution gives FMCG, consumer durables, and retail brands a single system to plan, deploy, and validate point-of-sale material campaigns across thousands of outlets. Programme managers start by building a POSM Master library, structuring banners, standees, posters, and tent cards into standard categories before any deployment begins. Campaigns are then created with a defined duration, a target store list, and POSM-to-store mapping, giving clear visibility into which outlets should receive which materials. Field teams execute from a mobile app, completing store-level tasks and capturing photo proof of every POSM deployment directly from the point of sale. These images feed into multi-level audits (L1, L2, L3) that verify placement, visibility, and compliance against brand guidelines, flagging gaps before they affect campaign performance. Real-time dashboards track campaign progress, store coverage, and execution status as visits happen, while campaign performance analytics measure execution scores, coverage percentages, and compliance levels across campaigns, outlets, and regions. The platform is used across FMCG and CPG companies, beverage and consumer durable brands, electronics and personal care companies, retail chains, telecom and device brands, and automotive aftermarket networks that need reliable proof their in-store promotions and branding were actually executed as planned. POSM structures, campaign configurations, and audit rules are fully customizable to match each business's own retail execution process.
