1Channel Merchandising Campaign Management Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Merchandising Campaign Management is a cloud-based platform that helps FMCG, CPG, and retail organizations plan, deploy, and audit in-store merchandising and POSM campaigns from a single system. Trade marketing teams set up campaigns, define objectives and timelines, and map point-of-sale materials to specific outlets before rolling them out to the field. Store assignment and coverage planning let teams select outlets by channel, region, or sales hierarchy, so POSM and merchandising activities reach the stores that matter most. Execution control and validation rules keep field activity aligned with campaign guidelines, flagging deviations before they affect reporting. Field representatives execute campaigns through a mobile app, capturing geotagged, timestamped photos as proof of execution for every POSM placement, display, or merchandising activity. A built-in multi-level audit and quality-check system (L1, L2, L3) lets supervisors and managers review field submissions at increasing levels of scrutiny, while bypass and exception handling allows authorized users to manage valid deviations without breaking the audit trail. Campaign analytics and performance tracking consolidate execution data into dashboards covering coverage percentage, compliance rates, and campaign-wise performance by region, outlet, or representative, giving trade marketing and sales leadership real-time visibility into how merchandising investments perform on the ground. 1Channel Merchandising Campaign Management is used by FMCG and CPG companies, beverage brands, consumer durables and electronics manufacturers, personal care brands, food and snacks companies, and retail chains that need consistent, auditable in-store execution across large distributed outlet networks.
