1Channel Channel & Influencer Loyalty Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Channel & Influencer Loyalty is loyalty program software for brands whose sales depend on retailers, distributors and on-ground influencers such as mechanics, contractors, painters and masons. It replaces manual incentive tracking with a transparent rewards program. Partners join through self-registration, referral, nomination with sales-team approval or bulk upload, with configurable KYC before redemption. Admins set monthly or quarterly targets with slab logic, SKU focus campaigns, multipliers and earning caps, and points are calculated automatically once a QR scan or invoice upload is validated, with duplicate claims blocked. Partners climb Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, compete on regional leaderboards and redeem through bank transfer, UPI, vouchers or a reward catalogue. Real-time dashboards track member growth, active and inactive partners, redemptions and reward liability. Used by FMCG, building materials, electrical, automotive and pharma brands.
