18 Cores Tracker Reviews & Product Details

18 Cores Tracker is a help desk, simple CRM, project manager, and bug tracker for small teams, in one place. Pick a template — Customer support, Sales, Projects, Bug tracking, or Custom — and the workspace starts with the steps, categories, and words that kind of work uses. Rename anything later; an admin can call records Orders, Candidates, or Work orders. Each person starts the day on a dashboard of what is theirs: what is due, what is overdue, and what is high priority. Every record keeps its owner, due date, files, comments, and full history. Contacts link to the work: log a call, email, or meeting once, on the person, and it shows on every record they are part of; give them a follow-up date and it lands on the right dashboard that day. Reports compare this week, month, quarter, or year with the period before. On Starter and Pro, connect an AI app that supports MCP, such as Claude Code or Codex, and ask it what is late, who has gone quiet, or to log a call, with your permissions. Free for up to 3 people, no credit card.
