The software is extremely glitchy, the support team is helpless, and the tech team is non-existent. My team of four often does not receive messages from guests. Promo codes are the only way to offer a discount and can frequently block checkout. Their site just stopped taking reservations one day after they made an update. Chat "Couldn't send" messages happen frequently. Hours-long to day-long delays for responses from support team. The same responses from different support people even after clarification in the thread. No way to send a booking page for specific dates and price. No scheduled SMS messages in Outbound. No edits to the Outbound messages other than basic text. No edits to the direct booking website other than basic text and tiny space for a logo. Direct booking website amenities icons are wrong & spelling is not localized. iCal links for multi-unit listings not available. Door code field is now missing from listing summary page. Price of listing was different than defined and did not update with bulk price update. Calendar is glitchy and needs to be manually refreshed.
