I really appreciate how KickUp helps me focus on meaningful evaluation by handling the sorting and organizing, which allows me to give specific evidence-based coaching rather than generic feedback. This year, my evaluations are better because I'm not as tired and I have the energy to dig into the data and focus on what teachers need. I also like that even though KickUp has AI components, it doesn't replace my role as an evaluator. It suggests things, but I'm the one who sees the full picture and decides, keeping my responsibility intact while freeing me up from exhausting tasks. The setup was easy, though it required some digging in. Overall, KickUp is responsive to suggestions for improvement and I'm excited about the new features coming soon. I find KickUp's ease of use and very responsive customer service incredibly valuable. It has drastically helped us organize, share, and track PD opportunities, making it easier than when we used hyperlinked Word documents. I love how it keeps all of our PD sessions organized and allows us to see past offerings and offer them again. The initial setup was great, with Javier helping us and listening to our feedback, which led to updates on the platform.
