If jira tasks were to appear in click up as read-only tasks with open and complete or other stage mapping that would be very very sweet

I want to do resource planning by matching resources (user) to projects like resource have capacity 5manday/week and the project need like 50 man-day work. Did ClickUp have any feature that allows me to do this or is this in ClickUp development planning?

Can i send an outbound email directly from within clickup? We do use to write emails to our customers, after some work is done within clickup...but we have to use a shared inbox to do so.
