Was curious to know what is the best feature that you like within Zoom product.

The main problem is that i can see the images with quality in my mobile phone unless if it is a slow network then only quality decreases but on coming to desktop version the image quality is gets some times in a blurred manner although it has good internet speed.

As the customer support in zoom is not at the par level , and it needs high attention as we get stuck into various problems and expect the customer support team to look into it while on the other hand we do not get such service. So there is a need of improvement in the customer support.

Zoom provides easy access but still sometime malicious activities such as addition of unknown users and Loosing data also happens.
