I like that Userlytics makes testing our public website straightforward. The software is easy to use, and the screener and demographic options make it easy to find participants that match specific user groups. The new 'Insights and Annotations' feature is especially helpful for getting a quick overview of results. Customer support is responsive and helpful and while the platform continues to improve, the interface remains intuitive without requiring relearning.
