Reliable CRM with Excellent Support and Evolving Features

I really value Pipeline CRM's continual evolution over the 10 years we've used it, as they've been very progressive in adding new features. I also find their support to be the best, which makes a big difference. I appreciate the automated campaigns feature, as I can set campaigns and call agenda triggers in advance, saving me a lot of time. The integration with Slack is particularly useful for keeping everyone updated on progress and wins across the office. I found the initial setup easier than with Salesforce. I really like the team at Pipeline CRM; although there are bigger programs out there, their product is growing really well.

Easy to Use, Fast Insights, and Great AI at an Affordable Cost

The overall ease of use and how your able to train new users. I enjoy the how fast I am able to receive the information that I need that helps move forward. The total cost for the system is affordable. I have enjoyed using this with others and the AI aspect of the system is great

Effortless Lead Generation, Powerful Reporting

I like Pipeline CRM because it allows me to generate valuable reports and have all the information I need at my fingertips. I can easily export these reports into an Excel file to reach out to prospects, which is really convenient. The initial setup was also very easy, making the whole process smooth.
