Although some skepticism in the community (which is normal when an Apple-only tool extends support for Windows devices), Iru keeps being an exceptional tool. They've not only welcomed Windows devices, but they have also kept releasing features for the Apple ecosystem. I see this extension as an opportunity for my company to manage different devices from a platform I'm already familiar with.

Iru now supports Android and Windows devices. It is still too early too tell if they are controlled as well as the Apple devices, but it is an exciting development!

They continue to add in new features over time. The customer support is amazing. The few times I have needed to reach someone the response time is minutes, not hours to get assistance and most times they can help me resolve it at that time.
