Great Flexibility with Room for Improvement
I love the flexibility of JumpCloud and find it very straightforward to use. Once it works, it works well. I also appreciate being able to find information quickly, even if sometimes it's slower than I'd prefer. The initial setup was easy, and the switch to JumpCloud was motivated by its cost-effectiveness and ease of use.

Effortless MDM and Remote Commands, Needs Better Active Directory Integration
I use JumpCloud for device and user management, and I enjoy being able to export lists of users to devices. This feature is valuable because it helps me recognize who has what device and understand how many of a specific type of device are being used by my coworkers. Onboarding devices is easy, which makes the initial setup of JumpCloud fairly simple.

Solid User Management, Lacks Broad Integrations
I like using JumpCloud as our primary IdP because it provides an organized set of processes for user provisioning and offboarding. Its ease of use is a standout feature, making it valuable for managing accounts across systems and handling SCIM and device management. JumpCloud also helps us with user management, device management, and security functionality, as well as connections for user activity and troubleshooting.
