A built-in chat panel reuses your existing Claude Code or Codex CLI subscription, so AI assistance costs nothing extra beyond the subscription you already pay for. A local MCP (Model Context Protocol) server also lets external AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex CLI, and GitHub Copilot safely query your databases under user-controlled policies, with token authentication and read-only defaults.
