I like Arcade for its ease of use and the speed of innovation it offers. The partnership and support from Arcade colleagues are also hugely appreciated. Setting it up is super easy and getting up to speed takes just minutes. The platform helps reduce the need for setting up calls and efforts around demos, and it reduces the resources needed to share knowledge about our solutions.

I use Arcade to create short video guides for our Help Centre, and it's a fantastic tool for quick product storytelling, connecting use cases to features without needing loads of text or a well-edited video. It's also super easy to show users what I'm talking about when we're not on a call. I love the ease of use; there's loads of tools or micro features, but I never feel overwhelmed or confused about what to do. The UI explains itself. Setting up Arcade was very easy for me, as I was already familiar with similar tools like Chrome capture.

Super easy to create recordings with the browser extension and to edit them. I used to record product videos with Loom and struggled to focus on what I was saying at the same time as clicking and scrolling - Arcade allows me to focus on one step at a time, by separating the recording step from the narration step.
