What do you like best about Usio?

The customer service is amazing and it is so easy to use the website and everything is incredibly accessible. Using Usio for our interns has been the best decision we ever made and it has a multitude of features that make frequent usage simple and fast. Spencer Waddell is also another reason why we love Usio so much. He has always helped us with any concerns and guided us through every step, which we really appreciate. What do you like best about Usio?

I like the easy access with Usio and how I'm able to send out virtual gift cards without much of an issue. I also appreciate the ability to make corrections easily, such as adjusting the amount if I sent the wrong amount by mistake. This feature of making corrections automatically, using negative amounts, makes it really easy for me. I also Appreciate all the time and effort that was given by Spencer Waddell and Leigh Hardin. What do you dislike about Usio?

I don't like that resending an email for the gift cards is not an option for me directly through the portal, so I have to contact a service member to resend emails. Also, having to email for service requests is not great, I wish there was an option for a quick phone call or even a chatbot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Usio?

I love that Usio makes it easy to process payments taken both online and in person. The customer service is impeccable, and I like that I can reach out to my representative, Gia Gant, who always addresses and resolves my issues. Even after hours, I can email and they get back to me quickly. It's nice to have a personal touch, especially since I work with people who are less technically savvy. Usio is attached to our websites for a donation page and a dedicated hosted page, which makes taking donations or recurring billing easy. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy, and I currently recommend Usio all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usio?

I really have no problems with Usio except that when I mention it to people they are like who and they do what? But I guess payment processors are not what a lot of people think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Usio?

I really appreciate how Usio has automated the vendor payout process; it was very manual before using our banking portal. I like the extensive data and details Usio provides for each transaction, which gives us confidence and allows us to share data with vendors if there are payment issues. I must also mention the excellent customer service provided by reps like Marie Arellano, who went above and beyond to coordinate with the IT department for custom reports. What do you dislike about Usio?

The UI of Usio is a bit outdated and it can be improved. When I go to the search option, there are strict parameters I can use instead of a blanket search. With AI becoming popular, it'd be easier to have blanket search options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since USIO doesn’t have a single point of truth for its data, it’s impossible for us to provide our customers with a single source of truth through API integration. I find Marie Arellano's support since 2018 amazing. She's responsive and always goes above and beyond to help us. Usio plays a critical part in our business model as an ACH processing company.
