Liking RFPIO -- sure wish it had different due dates for content review
Our company went from Loopio to RFPIO at the beginning of the year. It takes a little time to get used to (Loopio is like proposal management for dummies, much easier, but much less powerful).
There are two drawbacks I'd like to see improved.

How to limit the tags that are used to classify the entries according to the library
We want to standardize the tags to classify knowledge so that only those defined by the "administrator" can be used
