How to touch Medicare clients and their needs
Medicare age generally A65 to A90. Their needs are not the same at those A18, A35 or A50. The folks aging into Medicare are becoming uses of the internet and internet marketing. It is easy to overwhelm them with ads.

What workarounds are people doing to post to Twitter (this was virtually my ONLY Twitter presence)
I am not a big fan of Twitter, but I understand it's value. I utilized OutboundEngine to at least give me some content to feed there.
Have you had to pay $99 fee to recieve your domain name at the end of your contract?
At the end of our year long contract, we wanted our domain to transfer to our new site. There was NOTHING in the Terms and Conditions and NO contract mentioning this $99 fee that was company policy.
