What do you like best about Network Solutions?

It is the original registrar I knew when started back in 1996 in the internet business, since then, it kept my domain name secure and the front end has always managed all necesary functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Network Solutions?

It kept prices to high compared to newer registrars and made irracional locks every time a change was made to the domain name by the registrant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Network Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

They managed to update my registrant details, since when the domain name was first registered, it was through a person of a webhosting company that no longer exist, there was no way to receive emails of verification. After submiting my details to netsol they updated everything and I was able to recover 100% control of my domain name after years of fear of lose it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Network Solutions?

The website builder is extremely user-friendly, even for those who aren't particularly tech-savvy. I managed to set up my site and achieve a professional look without much trouble at all.

One of the features I appreciate most is having everything centralized—domain, hosting, email, and the builder itself—so I don't have to keep track of multiple accounts. Additionally, the support team has been very helpful whenever I've reached out with questions.

What problems is Network Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our local community group used to connect mainly through Facebook, but building a website with Network Solutions has introduced an entirely new way for us to engage with people. Now, we have a lasting online hub where we can post updates, share blog articles, and offer information that doesn’t get buried in the constant flow of social media.

What I appreciate most is how seamlessly we can incorporate our social feeds into the website’s layout. This keeps our site lively and up-to-date, while still tying everything back to the community we’ve established on Facebook. What do you like best about Network Solutions?

I have worked in marketing and on websites since the late '90s, and I have not encountered any positive aspects with Network Solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Network Solutions?

Our experience with Network Solutions has been frustrating due to their outdated CMS, which seems stuck in the early 2000s with limited capabilities like responsive design, video embedding, and SEO-friendly page formatting.

Adding to the frustration, Network Solutions charges a $60 fee (approximately) just to look into technical issues with our site, which is disappointing given their lack of proactive support.

Their customer service, especially via chat, is incredibly slow, often taking over 5 minutes to respond between messages.

"Great service for years then one hack later and your locked out for good"

The worst communication and follow through anyplace in business. If you ever really need real account admin/primary help you will be placed in a endless merry go round of helplesness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It used to be a great place to have your domain and email services. It is no longer being of benift after being locked out of our account since October of 2023 (2 months and counting) We sent them everyhting incluiding photo ID but chat support cannot do anyhting other then send it to a higher place that is the worst at follow up and commmunication. What do you like best about Network Solutions?

Nothing at all. Their business model and practices are way outdated. Their pricing structure is absolutely ridiculous like it should be illegal to charge that much for a domain let alone they charge a fee just for domain forwarding!? I didn't think there could be a worse company than GoDaddy or HostGator but Network Solutions just may have them beat. I will say their customer support does answer rather quickly but aside from that this company has nothing going for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Network Solutions?

Everything. Practices outdated. The backend dashboard is outdated and not user-friendly. Their pricing model is utter nonsense. I don't know who in their right mind would ever pay these prices. I retired and wished to cancel ongoing payments for web domain names. They made it incredibly difficult online, necessitating a call to Customer Service. After some negotiations by phone, I was told that my credit card payment WOULD BE REFUNDED and asked to take a survey. Since I thought my request had been granted, I gave a positive review. The next day, I received an email that I would NOT be receiving a refund. Total FRAUD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Network Solutions?

I honestly can't think of one. I am not happy, nor have I been.

What do you dislike about Network Solutions?

To start with, I am agog at the failure of an updated Help menu. It has been the same "manual" that offers no contact number, no examples, and no alternate choices when looking for a SOLUTION to my NETWORK issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Network Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We became clients through my mother-in-law who was looking for a company that could host our Non-profit website, she was not familiar with the process or the task at hand. So, she went with NS and I've been regretting her decision ever since. From the Domain Registration perspective, that's actually good as the prices seem to be in line with the competition, but the actual quality and innovation of it's program seems to be lagging behind quite obviously.
