Our company uses HH2 for timesheets and as a sync client between RedTeam Flex and Sage 300.
For the timesheet component, the system is very easy to use and doesn't required additional training for a new user other than showing them where to find the coding. From there, they can easily go in and enter their hours throughout the week as needed. Our field teams use the system and it is easy to navigate between multiple timesheets if you are overseeing multiple employees.
The sync client does a decent job considering the number of transactions we are pushing through the system on a day to day basis. While they can sometimes be slow, the support team is always willing to help and when needed, they always find a solution quickly. We do not run into any slowness or outages with the system.

When transactions fail between RedTeam, hh2, and Sage, the error message that comes back to our team does not provide a lot of details. It can make it difficult to find a resolution for that specific issue.
I wish the system offered a copy from previous week option, or any AI functionality that could make it easier to enter timesheets that nothing is different since I code to the same place every week.
It would be nice if the system could integrate with our HRMS dayforce sso that time off requests automatically pulled into the timesheet and didn't require me to have to manually enter it.
No complaints on pricing since I do not have those details. That being said, I do think the system is worth whatever we pay for it since it's so easy to use for our field teams but the mobile application is difficult to use compared to the web version. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
