I find the interface really confusing. I think setting up grant and reviewing rounds could be drastically simplified.
The price, especially for charities like ours, is really high too. Perhaps the pricing structure could reflect use. For example, we do one grant round a year. We receive around 300 applications and award 80 grants. This all takes place over a 3 month period. The other 9 months of the year, the programme goes unused for us.
