How are others coping with slower support, chatbot inconsistencies, and login / chat issues?
Support used to feel like a real safety net for me, especially when I hit confusing parts of the product. Lately it has felt harder to get quick, clear answers. Has anyone else felt friction between Drata’s control depth and their own compliance approach or frameworks?
In my environment, Drata sometimes feels like it wants to drive our program rather than support how we already work. Default policy guidance leans toward more controls and text than our auditors actually expect, and some auto tests are hard coded to values that do not match our existing risk... Leer más

What’s your workaround when Drata’s integrations and automation do not go deep enough?
A big reason I chose Drata was to get away from spreadsheets and screenshots.
