# Which LXP offers the most engaging personalized learning content?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m trying to get a sense of which <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/learning-experience-platforms-lxp">LXP</a>  does a good job with personalized learning content, not just recommending random courses based on job title.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A lot of platforms talk about personalization, but I’m curious which ones really keep people engaged and make the learning feel relevant instead of just serving up more content nobody finishes.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few I’ve been looking at:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/degreed/reviews"><strong>Degreed</strong></a>: seems strong on personalized learning paths, but not sure how engaging it feels day to day</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/edcast-inc-edcast/reviews"><strong>EdCast</strong></a>: looks like it does a lot with AI-driven recommendations, curious how useful that actually is</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/docebo/reviews"><strong>Docebo</strong></a>:  seems to come up a lot for personalized learning and content discovery</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/360learning/reviews"><strong>360Learning</strong></a>:looks interesting if peer-driven and collaborative learning matter</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/cornerstone-cornerstone/reviews"><strong>Cornerstone</strong></a>: seems to have a lot of depth, but I’m not sure how modern the experience feels</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">What I’m trying to figure out is which of these actually helps people discover learning they’ll care about and complete, instead of just giving admins more ways to assign content.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you’ve used one of these platforms, which one did the best job of making the learning experience feel personalized enough that people actually wanted to come back to it?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

I’d look at whether the platform keeps learners engaged beyond the first few sessions. That usually tells you more than the feature list, because real personalization should make the content feel worth coming back to, not just slightly better organized.
