# What sales training platforms let you build a curriculum specific to your sales motion rather than forcing reps through generic modules that do not match how you actually sell?

We want to prioritize tools that do not force reps through generic modules that do not match how you actually sell.

MEDDICC: The platform is built around a specific sales qualification methodology, meaning the curriculum is inherently organized around the way MEDDIC/MEDDPICC teams actually sell rather than generic skill modules.

SmartWinnr: It is designed for sales teams that need to build highly tailored reinforcement programs aligned to specific products, territories, and sales methodologies, with gamification mechanisms that drive engagement with motion-specific content.

Sharpsell.ai: It is one of the highest-rated platforms on G2 for both curriculum customization and the coaching layer that reinforces it.

Code of Talent: It scores highly on Customized Learning Paths and delivers strong performance across the full course authoring and management feature set, providing comprehensive curriculum-tailoring capability.

Cuebo: The platform provides strong scores across the full curriculum authoring feature set, representing meaningful validation. It does have a smaller market presence.

Is it the methodology-specific deal stage alignment, territory and product-line personalization, or role-based sequencing?

Yeah, this is where most tools fall short, TBH.

MEDDICC obviously solves for one way of selling, but for the others, it really comes down to how much control you have over structuring things, not just uploading content. Out of the ones you listed, SmartWinnr feels closest to that, but curious how hard it gets to keep it updated once things change.
