<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hello G2 users, while I was looking into what are the top tools for organizing and distributing brand materials, I kept running into the same problem teams seem to face. Assets are there, but people either can’t find them or don’t end up using the right ones. I’m trying to understand what actually helps solve that, especially across marketing, sales, and external teams where things tend to get fragmented.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here’s what I’ve come across so far while going through the<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/brand-asset-management?utm_source=chatgpt.com"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/brand-asset-management?utm_source=chatgpt.com">brand asset management software</a> space:</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/brandfolder/reviews"><strong>Brandfolder</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Seems to focus heavily on search and organization. If assets are easier to find, does that actually change usage across teams?</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/bynder/reviews"><strong>Bynder</strong></a><strong>:</strong> More structured with branded portals for sharing. Feels useful for external distribution, but I’m not sure how that plays out internally.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/canto/reviews"><strong>Canto</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Simpler overall. I’ve seen this come up as something teams adopt more easily, but curious if that comes at the cost of control.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/canva/reviews"><strong>Canva</strong></a><strong>:</strong> A lot of teams are already using it to create assets. Does having creation and distribution in one place make things easier in practice?</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/dash-for-brands-ltd-dash/reviews"><strong>Dash</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Seems focused on making assets easy to access and reuse. I’m curious if that actually reduces the need for workarounds like shared drives.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you’ve used any of these tools, I’d love to hear:</p><ul>
<li>What actually made the biggest difference. Better organization, or just easier access?</li>
<li>Did teams stick to the system, or still find ways around it?</li>
<li>Where did things tend to break down? Search, sharing, or adoption?</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Looking forward to hearing how others have approached this.</p>
