# What platform is best for global workforce training initiatives?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m trying to figure out which <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/learning-experience-platforms-lxp">Learning experience platform</a> works best for training a global workforce.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">There are a lot of options out there, but I’m mostly interested in what works when you’re dealing with teams across different regions, languages, and time zones. On paper, a lot of these platforms seem to check the right boxes, but I’m curious which ones hold up well once training is being rolled out at scale.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few platforms I’ve been looking at:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/cornerstone-cornerstone/reviews"><strong>Cornerstone</strong></a>: seems built for larger organizations, especially with global training needs</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/docebo/reviews"><strong>Docebo</strong></a>:  comes up a lot and seems strong for enterprise learning</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/degreed/reviews"><strong>Degreed</strong></a>: looks interesting for personalized learning across bigger teams</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/edcast-inc-edcast/reviews"><strong>EdCast</strong></a>:  seems like it could work well for large, distributed organizations</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/360learning/reviews"><strong>360Learning</strong></a>: feels a little more modern and collaborative, but not sure how well it supports global rollouts</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you’ve used one of these for a global team, which platform handled localization, scale, and rollout the best?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

For this kind of rollout, the real test is whether the platform works well for both central oversight and local execution.
