# What LXP integrates with both LMS and HR systems?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A lot of <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/learning-experience-platforms-lxp"><strong>LXP</strong></a>s seem fine on the learning side, but once you start thinking about syncing with an existing LMS plus HR tools for employee data, org structure, onboarding, reporting, etc., it gets a lot less clear.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few platforms I’ve been looking at:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/degreed/reviews"><strong>Degreed</strong></a>: seems like it integrates with a lot of systems, but not sure how smooth it is in practice</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/edcast-inc-edcast/reviews"><strong>EdCast</strong></a>: looks strong on the enterprise side, especially for connecting different learning tools</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/cornerstone-cornerstone/reviews"><strong>Cornerstone</strong></a>:  seems like an obvious one if you already have a bigger HR/learning stack</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/docebo/reviews"><strong>Docebo</strong></a>: comes up a lot, curious how flexible it is with integrations</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/360learning/reviews"><strong>360Learning</strong></a>: seems easier to use, but I’m not sure how deep the LMS/HRIS integrations go</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Which of these works well if you already have systems in place and want to avoid creating extra manual work just to keep learner data in sync?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

What matters most is whether admins can manage learning without constantly reconciling records across tools, because that is where “integrated” setups often start falling apart.
