<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Has anyone here used a <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/learning-experience-platforms-lxp">learning experience platform</a> that actually works well for corporate training?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been trying to sort through the options, but a lot of them sound basically the same once you start looking into them. I’m mainly interested in something that makes training easier to manage and gets people to use it, not just another system employees ignore after the first week.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few platforms I’ve been looking at:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/degreed/reviews"><strong>Degreed</strong></a>: seems like a big name in this space, but not sure how easy it is to manage</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/edcast-inc-edcast/reviews"><strong>EdCast</strong></a>: looks strong for personalized learning, curious how it is in real use</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/360learning/reviews"><strong>360Learning</strong></a>: seems interesting if collaborative learning matters</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/docebo/reviews"><strong>Docebo</strong></a>: hear this one come up a lot, especially for corporate training teams</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/cornerstone-cornerstone/reviews"><strong>Cornerstone</strong></a>: seems like it has a lot of functionality, but maybe a bit heavy</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">What I’m really trying to figure out is whether one of these actually stands out for employee engagement, ease of use, and rollout, or if they all end up feeling pretty similar once implemented.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you’ve used any of these, which one worked well for corporate training and which one wasn’t worth the effort?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>
