<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hey everyone,</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been helping a few TA teams revamp their <strong>sourcing strategies to reach more diverse talent pools</strong>, especially for hard-to-fill technical and leadership roles. I pulled insights from G2’s latest <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/diversity-recruiting"><strong>Diversity Recruiting Software Grid</strong></a> and feature-level satisfaction data to see which tools are performing best for inclusive sourcing.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here’s what stood out (based on G2 Grid order):</p><ul>
<li>

<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hackajob/reviews"><strong>hackajob</strong></a><strong>:</strong> leads the pack for sourcing and candidate identification (96% satisfaction!); excellent for finding underrepresented tech talent.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/lever/reviews"><strong>Lever</strong></a><strong>:</strong> combines CRM + sourcing tools with built-in DEI reporting to help recruiters track and engage diverse candidates early.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/gem/reviews"><strong>Gem</strong></a><strong>: </strong>strong for outreach automation and talent analytics; recruiters love its diversity filters and reporting features.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ripplematch/reviews"><strong>RippleMatch</strong></a><strong>:</strong> automates diverse sourcing for early-career hiring; great for university and internship pipelines.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/powertofly/reviews"><strong>PowerToFly</strong></a><strong>: </strong>community-driven platform connecting companies with diverse professionals globally, especially for remote and hybrid roles.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I based this on <strong>G2 satisfaction data</strong> for <em>sourcing and candidate identification</em> plus user feedback on inclusive outreach and funnel impact. Also hearing about SeekOut, and Fletcher being strong players in DEI-focused sourcing — anyone here using them?</p>
