# Best data management platform for combining crm data with website behavior for b2b saas

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m trying to figure out which <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/data-management-platform-dmp">data management platform</a> is best for combining CRM data with website behavior for a B2B SaaS company. I’m less interested in basic reporting and more in tools that can actually tie together account data, product/site activity, and buyer intent in a useful way. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few I’ve been looking at:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/twilio-segment/reviews"><strong>Twilio Segment</strong></a>: seems like a strong option if the main goal is unifying CRM and behavioral data into one customer view. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/rudderstack/reviews"><strong>RudderStack</strong></a>: looks appealing if you want more control over customer data pipelines and a warehouse-first setup. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hightouch/reviews"><strong>Hightouch</strong></a>: seems interesting if the priority is activating warehouse data back into sales and marketing tools. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/mparticle-by-rokt/reviews"><strong>mParticle</strong></a>: comes up a lot for customer data unification and audience building across systems. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/heap/reviews"><strong>Heap</strong></a>: looks worth considering if understanding on-site behavior is just as important as syncing the CRM side. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For a B2B SaaS team, which of these actually does the best job of connecting account-level CRM data with website behavior so sales and marketing can act on it?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

Sometimes the best tool is just the one that makes account behavior easier to understand without a huge setup burden.
