Simplified Onboarding, Enhances User Engagement

I find Userflow really easy to learn, especially when it comes to building flows or launchers. It's still early days for us, but I love how we can put this in front of our less-technical support staff and get them up and running really fast, building content. This ease of use is a big plus since our engineering department is always super busy. Our support team is more engaged and proactive in dealing with frequently requested support issues, feeling a lot more ownership and involved in the ongoing success of the company. The initial setup was really easy, and our engineers found the technical documentation really easy to follow. It's been great to clearly see what's in staging versus what's published in production and get used to it in a staging environment.

Ich mag Userflow wegen seiner breiten Palette an Anpassungsoptionen, die alle hinter einer benutzerfreundlichen Plattform stehen. Es ermöglicht mir, viel flexibler in meiner Arbeitsweise zu sein und schnell Änderungen vorzunehmen. Die Überprüfung von Checklisten, Abläufen und Anleitungen ist großartig, da sie gezielte Unterstützung und Hilfe erleichtert. Ich schätze auch, wie Userflow sich mit UserWay, einem Übersetzungstool, integriert, sodass ich Unterstützung und Anleitungen in verschiedenen Sprachen geben kann. Die anfängliche Einrichtung von Userflow war sehr einfach, was ein Pluspunkt war.

Mühelose Tourerstellung für das gesamte Team

Wie einfach es ist, die Touren zu erstellen, es ist kein Programmieren erforderlich, was bedeutet, dass mehrere Mitglieder des Teams alles bearbeiten oder hinzufügen können, was sie benötigen, wenn ich (alleiniger Ersteller der Touren) nicht da bin! Es ist auch so einfach, Userflow in die Plattform zu implementieren. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Maria, die CSM bei Userflow ist - sie war wirklich fantastisch!
