I use PlanZone every day as a Data Scientist to keep track of the timeframes for experiments, manage the processes for model creation, and communicate with the data engineering and product teams to make sure everyone is on the same page. One thing I particularly like is how easy it is to break up big machine learning projects into smaller tasks and make it obvious who is in charge of each one. I use it to keep track of everything from deadlines for preparing data to validating models.The task management and collaboration tools have helped me keep my projects in order while working on more than one at a time. I also enjoy that project discussions, documentation and updates all stay in one place. This makes it easier to stay focused. One problem is that some of the reporting and visualization tools may be better especially for teams that want to do more in-depth project analysis. In some ways I also think the interface might use some updating. The platform is sophisticated but novice users may need some time to get used to some of its more complicated capabilities.
